  If you're looking for a realtor look somewhere else. I just bought a home and used featheringham as my realtor. There were issues with the home when I was buying it that my realtor assured me they were addressing and they were the 2 toilets. They said they were fixed 5 days before I closed and assured me they were taken care of. I have already replaced one toilet and the other is so bad I have to remove a ceiling. Also this was my first home and they offered no help or guidance in the whole buying process while my friends who are buying home with other realtors had great experiences. Look elsewhere when buying a home.
